ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within next day of receiving the item.

We provide exchange only for damaged products or wrong products received.

If you have any size confusion, we kindly request you to choose the next size before placing the order, as size-related exchanges will not be accepted.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at littlemumstore@gmail.com / 9940837607 within [24 hours] of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  3. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.


REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 days 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Refunds may take 24 hours to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at littlemumstore@gmail.com / 9940837607 . Exchanges are subject to availability.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
